"If you're not working hard, doors don't open for you." - Garrett Moss Ruben Aguilar has been with Moss since the near beginning. He started out in the field as a laborer, working his way up to become a foreman. Recognizing his potential and keen interest in project management, we supported his transition to the project management team. Starting at the bottom, Ruben once again climbed the ladder. He began as an assistant project manager, eventually becoming a project manager, and recently earning the promotion to senior project manager. Ruben's journey from the field to the office is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and our commitment to employee development. His experience in both field and project management roles provides him with a unique perspective and invaluable knowledge that he brings to his current position. Ruben is a shining example of what can happen when you work hard and seize the day. His unwavering work ethic and resilience make him the ideal star for Episode 2 of "Digging Deep."
