To me, mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, influencing our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It's a reminder that even the strongest individuals face their own battles with mental health. You might see me as a positive, upbeat, and confident woman—and I am! But behind the scenes, I grapple daily with overcoming waves of sadness, insecurities, and moments of defeat. Often, this struggle remains silent. I've developed a habit of tucking these emotions away, replacing them with something that momentarily feels better. Admittedly, these coping mechanisms aren't always the healthiest choices, but I'm a work in progress, continuously learning and growing.
