"Did you know some of the world’s best gin is made right here in Park City? That’s right, Alpine Distilling has risen to fame fast for its craft-distilled spirits, with its Alpine Elevated Gin leading the charge. And its elevated flavor and distillation is the creation of one woman: Sara Sergent. After earning a diploma in gin in Scotland, Sara joined her husband, Rob, who founded Alpine Distilling in 2016. Only a few short years later, she’s become a highly recognized distiller in the U.S. and abroad." "Attracted to the charm of Main Street and the abundance of recreation options, Park City is chock-full of fun finders, explorers, musicians and dreamers. Unfortunately, these opportunities often seem exclusively tailored for those who are nondisabled, leaving others wishing to participate. Since 1985, the community’s National Ability Center (NAC) has been the dream maker, committed to providing a safe, inclusive and uplifting environment for people with disabilities and making it possible for everyone to experience the joy that recreation in Utah provides." "If you’ve ever tried to reach a big sports or fitness goal on your own, you know that it’s great to have support. Whether you’re looking for expert guidance, accountability or emotional support, the right coach can be just the thing you need. Park City resident Jenn Drummond found this out in a very personal way. After surviving a serious car accident unscathed, she decided to live a more authentic and adventurous life. She set the goal of climbing Mount Everest for her 40th birthday and hired coach Sarah Dunlap, who has since relocated to California, for support. 'I chose to work with a coach because I was taking on a task I had limited experience with,' she says. 'I wanted to borrow her confidence, her knowledge and her expertise.' Drummond’s coach challenged her to aim even higher, so after Everest she set a goal to become the first woman to climb the Seven Second Summits — the second-highest peaks on each continent — a challenge she completed in 2023. She went on to write Break Proof, a book about her experiences." ✨Read more about the transformative power of coaching at the link below. https://lnkd.in/gNP595Nv ✍️: Bianca Dumas 📸: Jess Drummond conquering KW / Photo provided by Sandro Gromen-Hayes
