We are helping communities come together to create upstream #healthcare solutions for healthier residents and stronger connections to services! A day in Great Falls, Montana, gathered representatives from more than 30 organizations to address upstream health factors and #improveaccess to care in #rural areas. A huge thank you to our collaborators on this event, including Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Cascade City-County Health Department, CITY OF GREAT FALLS, Opportunities Inc., Many Rivers Whole Health and United Way. We can accomplish more together! We are looking forward to our next commUNITY event in Flathead County, Montana, next month!

Partnering within our communities to provide solutions for better health
About us
Mountain Pacific is a well established, nonprofit organization that connects specialized services, education, training and support to health care systems and communities that seek innovative solutions for optimized health care outcomes. We work alongside our many partners to lend expertise, evidence-based best practices, data analysis and more to build collaborative relationships and networks to achieve common health care goals. We support and empower patients and their families to be informed health care consumers and active members of their health care team, so they understand how to manage their own health and get the right care at the right time.

Those key times include before, during and after preparing food; after using the bathroom and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Mountain Pacific team members recently visited Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. In Guam and CNMI, they toured health care facilities and met with local providers and federal partners to address post-Typhoon Mawar challenges. In American Samoa, our team shared resources and celebrated local health care successes. These visits highlighted the importance of collaboration in strengthening health care across the Pacific Islands. We are so honored to work with these communities! #Healthcare #PacificIslands #Collaboration #QualityCare
