    WE ARE HIRING FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS IN THE USA Job Description: • Technical support and maintenance of sensors, products and IoT sensor based solutions; including Explosives and Narcotics Trace Detection instrumentation (ETD’s) • Travel to customer sites to conduct Site Acceptance Tests (“SAT”) and initial installations • Onsite and frontal training and certification of site operators and supervisors including exams and certification • Periodical travel and visits to conduct preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities onsite • Remote / online service and support using remote diagnostic and software capabilities • Remote alarm resolution • Provide expert advice regarding hardware updates, service enhancements and proper SOP’s • Management of spare-part depots around the globe to ensure that systems are repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Monitor our worldwide spare parts depots to ensure maximum part inventories are available to enable rapid deployment of parts to the regional-installed base minimizing downtime for customers • Excel at on-time delivery of spare parts - exceeding customer expectations by consistently providing on-time shipment of parts • Offering and managing service and maintenance contracts to government agencies and the private sector • Ability to understand and manage technical and service manuals and documentation Requirements: • Each FSE has a technical degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience) and is trained in the operation and repair of electronics, low / high voltage, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical systems, and onsite/remote diagnostics software. • At least 10 years of industry experience working with government agencies and the private security sector • U.S. Security clearance and experience in working with Government laboratories and users • No criminal records • Knowledge and proficiency in using CRM, ERP, Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) • Ability to frequently travel and represent the Company in front of customers • Fluent English including technical writing and documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements • Preference for additional languages such as Spanish and/or French and the ability to conduct product technical training in those languages. • Preference for experienced personnel with knowledge and understanding of analytical instrumentation and in the chemistry of explosives, narcotics and toxic industrial chemicals Position Ref.
