MTG is thrilled to announce the promotion of Catherine Hutchison to Chief Control Officer. Catherine brings to the role more than 23 years of expertise in mortgage banking, including extensive experience in the secondary market. During her tenure as a director at Fannie Mae, she established the Servicing Risk & Communications Department, acting as a pivotal liaison for government and media relations. She also led multiple teams dedicated to managing high-risk portfolios, significantly reducing Fannie Mae’s overall credit losses. Beyond her default management skills, Catherine has held influential leadership positions at various auditing and consulting firms, where she was instrumental in strategic development, regulatory compliance, and leadership training. Outside of her professional life, Catherine is an avid entrepreneur, owning a small business unrelated to her industry. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and riding motorcycles. When discussing her approach to leadership, Catherine identifies with being both a coaching and transformational leader. She is passionate about engaging with her teams, driving change, and delivering results, all while helping her teams grow and contribute to the success of the organization. With an impressive 27 years of experience in default operations, spanning both mortgage servicing and legal sectors, Dionne brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. Previously, she excelled as the Intake Manager at MTG. Prior to joining MTG, Dionne contributed her skills at a testing solutions company, serving as Client Services Director and Operations Manager. She is also licensed in insurance in the State of Georgia. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dionne is a recognized leader in the community. She is the Founder and CEO of Pink Peaches, Inc., a charity focused on Breast Cancer Awareness, with which MTG has proudly partnered since its foundation. Greg Sanda of MTG has been immersed in competitive sports throughout his life. In his 20s, he was an avid participant in Ultimate Frisbee competitions in the Boston area. Recently, he and his former teammates reunited to take part in the Championship Series hosted by the USA Ultimate Organization. Their team clinched the Regional Championship in Maine, propelling them to the National Championship in Aurora, Colorado. There, they reached the final game after a series of unexpected victories, ultimately falling short by just one point. However, the reunion and competition proved to be a remarkable experience. More than just a sports reunion, this event highlighted the valuable overlap between competitive sports and business acumen. The skills Greg developed through sports—such as sacrifice, self-discipline, teamwork, and communication—have greatly benefitted him in his role as a partner at MTG.
