What a fantastic day at our Q4 Leadership Workshop, hosted at the Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium 🌟 We kicked off the morning with an inspiring mission moment from Dr. Taylor Yaw, the Director of Animal Health, who set the tone for our day ahead. We celebrated our wins from the previous quarter and recognized team members who made a big impact. A big thank you to everyone for your hard work and dedication! This month, our team attended the Brightside Employee Engagement Conference by Workshop – an event full of inspiring talks, actionable advice, and interactive roundtables. We connected with communications, employee experience, HR, and marketing professionals to explore topics like: 🌿Enhancing internal communications 🌿Cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace 🌿Empowering team member growth Our biggest takeaways?
