We're #hiring. PLEASE APPLY or SPREAD THE WORD: A mission driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the leadership of women and nonbonary professionals in the visual arts, headquartered in New York City, is looking for a part-time Development and Grants Manager to join their team. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to create and implement a fundraising strategy that includes individual, government, corporate, and foundation giving, sponsorship, and other donations. This position requires someone who is organized, and a great researcher and writer. They need to be familiar with how to administer and run the wide variety of funding streams that together support a not-for-profit, from events to major gifts, with particular interest in someone who has experience working with major grant institutions like the National Endowment for the Arts. The successful candidate will be a great storyteller, familiar with CRMs, who has a flair for data and can prepare a well-honed report. 3-5 years of professional experience in non-profit fundraising required, preferably with some membership experience.
