Our Development Services Division has been working on one of the first modular home communities in Riverside in 30 years! This ambitious project encompasses 99 lots, complete with top-notch amenities including a recreation and pool facility. Murow Development Consultants is managing every aspect of the project, from obtaining plan and permit approvals to contracting and constructing all infrastructure improvements and recreation/park amenities. The comprehensive scope of work includes grading, constructing retaining and screen walls, wet and dry utility construction, site electric and lighting, onsite and offsite street improvements, landscaping, and more. We are excited to see this project through to completion and are proud to be at the forefront of such an innovative and community-focused development!

🚨 Important Update for Public Works Contractors! 🚨 I’m excited to share that the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has launched significant updates to their Public Works website services! These enhancements are designed to streamline your experience and address common challenges. Here are some key updates: 🖥️ Unified System: The DIR has replaced the PWC-100, PWCR, and eCPR applications with a modernized, user-friendly platform that simplifies the process for all users. 🔄 Registration Improvements: Many users who encountered issues with account and association requests can now resolve these problems and move forward in the system. 📅 Live Workshops: DIR is hosting live ZOOM workshops for hands-on assistance. Space is limited, so be sure to register here 👉 https://lnkd.in/guKBKz8m 🔍 Project Naming: To improve project visibility, it’s recommended to include the DIRPROJECT ID in the project name (e.g., “20241234 – Maintenance”). 🛠️ Expanded Crafts and Classifications: New categories, including Electrician, Glazier, and Roofer, have been added to facilitate better compliance tracking. 📝 Improved Employee Notes Section: The character limit for notes has increased from 49 to 500, allowing for more detailed entries regarding deductions or contributions. 📄 Proof of Submission Report: The new eCPR dashboard now offers a clearer proof of submission, making it easier to track compliance. 📊 New Fields for Manual eCPR Submission: Detailed guidance on reporting values in hourly increments versus lump sums ensures accurate submissions. ❓ Help Text Enhancements: Additional help text has been added to various sections to guide users through the process.
