Last week we had our 4th quarterly team event of 2024. We hosted an insightful session led by the fantastic Jade Scott on "Unlocking Patient Trust: The Power of the First Consult." She shared her ten-step process for building patient trust and long-term engagement from the very first consultation 🤝. We explored impactful introductions, rapport-building, and setting motivating milestones 🌟. Afterward, the Sydney team enjoyed a relaxing meal at a Lebanese restaurant, leaving with food babies and full hearts 😂.
