1st Flavor of our truffle series!! Tequila Mudslide: I found a Nashville-based tequila that I loved and was trying to rack my brain on how I could bring chocolate into the picture... then I remembered that mole traditionally has chocolate in it! So with that inspiration, I decided to infuse @tccrafttequila Anejo and Ancho Chili Peppers. While the Anejo is the star of this flavor profile, the peppers add sweet, yet smokey notes. Not to mention the entire confection is made of our luxurious milk chocolate that melts in your mouth.
