Over 70% of executives surveyed on LinkedIn said soft (durable) skills were more important than technical AI skills. The growth of AI in the workplace will only increase this trend which will put a premium on training and validating them. This quote resonated with me: "Critically, that involves bringing the same level of rigor to training around people skills that we have brought to technical skills".
