What an amazing way to celebrate a birthday! Kathy spent her special day with us, packing Dream Kits and delivering beds to families in the Twin Cities. Her kindness and generosity are truly inspiring! 🫶 You can support our mission as a volunteer, too! Visit myveryownbed.org/volunteer to learn how you can get involved.

We were so happy to see Kevin, Alissa, Jaden, Lilia, and Julia! They visited us and brought Dream Kit donations from the Minneapolis Downtown Next Generation Lions Club's 5th annual drive. These essential items will help kids snuggle in for a good night's rest. Thank you! Want to make a difference in kids' lives? Your community group can host a donation drive, too! We need stuffed animals, bedding, and books to help kids get a good night's sleep. It's easy, fun, and a meaningful way to give back. Learn more: bit.ly/MVOB-Drive

The Hortons brought their infectious energy and joy to assembling bed frames with us! We'd love to have your family join us for a volunteer activity, too. It's a great way to spend quality time together, teach kids the importance of giving back, and make a real difference in our community. We can't wait to connect with you! myveryownbed.org/volunteer

Students from @Eden Prairie Schools' TASSEL (Teaching All Students Skills for Employment & Life) Program organized a Dream Kit donation drive and stopped by to drop off the items they collected. We've had many TASSEL students volunteer with us over the years and we always appreciate their contributions to our work!

Fall back with ease on Nov. 3! The end of Daylight Saving Time is a more natural transition for our circadian rhythms than springing forward, but still can disrupt your sleep! When we “fall back” into Standard Time, we begin to wake up in darkness and gain more light in the evening. The sleep-wake cycle is delayed, causing us to be more tired in the mornings, but with more energy at night. Learn how to make the transition easier. https://loom.ly/5rHulzo
