The MGFA Scientific Session provides neurologists and other physicians an opportunity to discuss their basic or clinical research on myasthenia gravis and other disorders of the neuromuscular junction. At this year’s session, held today, researchers presented 23 papers to a full house. Dr. Kevin O’Connor of Yale Department of Neurology gave the keynote address, "Mechanisms of Myasthenia Gravis Immunopathology." Another 114 posters are available to review during the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) Annual Meeting this week in Savannah.
