At Noble, we know our employees are the heart of what we do, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible work they put in each day. To show our appreciation, we celebrated them during our 2024 Employee Appreciation Week! From team bonding events to sweet treats, it was all about saying “thank you” in ways that brought joy and connection. Whether it was enjoying breakfast together, some friendly competition at the kickball game, or indulging in an ice cream sundae, the week was a celebration of the dedication that fuels Noble’s mission. To all our amazing employees, we are so grateful for each and every one of you. 💚 #EmployeeAppreciation #DifferenceMakers #NobleTeam #DreamItLiveIt

Meet Mykael! People who know Mykael best say that he “leads by example through perseverance.” In fact, he was recently promoted to Team Lead for Eli Lilly’s composting pilot team. Through a collaboration between Eli Lilly, CBRE, and Noble Employment & Workforce Services, (N.E.W.S.) Mykael is helping lead the charge for a sustainability initiative aimed at significantly reducing the eco-footprint of one of Indianapolis’ biotech leaders. We’re excited to continue seeing Mykael thrive! #InclusiveEmployment #DiverseWorkforce #NDEAM

October is Disability Employment Awareness Month, (NDEAM)! The Department of Labor’s #NDEAM theme this year is “Access to Good Jobs for All”, with a goal of ensuring that workers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) have access to good jobs, every month of every year. While we take the month of October to celebrate, we challenge all industries year-round to tap into the talented pool of qualified candidates and hire individuals within the IDD community, not only because it is the right thing to do but because it is also an excellent business investment. Follow along this month as we share employment success stories from the individuals that we serve at Noble! #DisabilityEmploymentAwareness #InclusionMatters #NobleEmployment #EqualOpportunities
