Recent pics of Archie doing its autonomy thang 😄. To date Archies have logged over 7000 fully self-driving miles! Most of that has been in busy shipping channels and intercoastal waterways. They have amassed over 80 million image frames for training, a number which is growing every day. We're quickly hardening advanced pilot assist and autonomous navigation technologies that are increasing the safety and efficiency of vessel operations with the promise of scaling future fleets.
About us
The founders of Mythos AI have been at the bleeding edge of the Silicon Valley self-driving car industry and the unmanned surface vehicle industry for over a decade. We are applying lessons learned from self-driving cars to develop a next generation autonomy framework for the maritime sector and enable large scale adoption of advanced machine learning and true automation for commercial operators. Together with strategic partners we leverage our technology to enable an industry.

Had the privilege of visiting with some of our legislators in DC this week like Rep Mike Ezell of Mississippi’s 4th District on behalf of Mythos AI. It was a learning experience and quite fun as well. Big thanks to Gulf Blue mentor Brett Richards and Caroline Newsom at Jones Walker LLP for making the connections and showing me the ropes. Looking forward to what we have planned for FY2025!

Hurricane Francine is hitting a critical region of the U.S. for maximum impact. It has shut down the largest port complex in North America, located along the Lower Mississippi River. This vital waterway, responsible for over 60% of our petrochemical and agricultural exports, could remain closed for days as hydrographic surveys are required to clear channels and terminal berths in order to reopen. Based on extrapolations from port studies in the area, the GDP loss will exceed $2.5 billion per day over the next few days. Port Fourchon alone, which will be heavily impacted by this storm, contributes $500 million to the GDP each day. Mythos AI created Archie to ensure states and ports have the tools they need to rebound quickly after named storms, facilitate aid delivery, and get industries back up and running. An investment in Mythos AI's solution would result in a 25X return on investment for each hour it allows a single port in this region to reopen post-storm. No brainer?! 😮 This is why vital ports and states across the Gulf are working with Mythos AI to acquire our systems and services to secure a resilient future.

Great to be on a panel with my fellow drone geeks Jason and Dylan at the Southeastern United States - Canadian Provence alliance in Biloxi! Mississippi gets to host this amazing annual reunion every 10 years.
A great blue economy panel, moderated by Laurie Jugan during todays #SEUS meeting. I got to talk about the amazing things my team is accomplishing at USM's Roger F. Wicker Center for Ocean Enterprise, plus our top notch partners in industry and the government. Kudos to my amazing co-panelists, Dylan Sparks and Joel Lawhead, PMP, GISP. #blueconomy #data #workforce #uncrewed

Excited that our project at Port of Monroe was picked up by Axios. Since this project Mythos’ Archie vessels have been put to work for multiple U.S. Ports, Army Corps contractors and soon NOAA contractors as well. https://lnkd.in/eXEv6iVR

Yesterday the Mythos AI team saved this poor guy. They found the pelican immobilized with a fishing lure in its beak and a treble hook in its back which prevented it from moving its neck and head. Dylan Sparks and Darren Allee removed what they could without further injuring the bird then brought it to local hero at a near by dock where the remaining hooks were removed. The pelican was brought to a local veterinarian for x-rays and a health assessment. Just a reminder that though we work and play on the water, these and many other creatures live there.
