In the early days of the pandemic, when people were just starting to take precautions, I ran across this scene where a gentleman knew that gloves could provide some protection, but clearly had no idea how to best use them. 🧤 I have had the great fortune to observe the folks at Eagle Protect PBC share not only the ‘What’ and the ‘Why’ - but also the ‘How’ with their quality gloves. 🧤 A true ‘Food Safety Culture’ must be built around three key components: 1) Prioritizing Food Safety, 2) Investing in Food Safety, and 3) Effective Training on Procedures, Strategies, and even on How to Use Proper Resources. 🧤 Even the best of intentions (and resources) can be undermined by someone not using them correctly.
