At the end of October, we were thrilled to return to Dubai Active Industry as a proud sponsor of the CEO Forum. Here are some of our highlights: Rachel Young took the stage at the Xpro Summit, delivering an impactful presentation on Myzone Beyond the Screen – Transforming Lives with Every Heartbeat. We took part in a training day at FF BJC Burjaman Centre - to launch their "meet your heart" programme. We were honoured to receive the Landmark Group 50-Year Partner Award – a testament to the incredible journey we've shared with Fitness First Middle East Our very own Team Myzone athletes, Kookie and Simon, brought the energy to the competition floor. Most importantly, we had the chance to reconnect with familiar faces and build new relationships, all while championing the Myzone mission: to make movement a movement for all. What an unforgettable few days of growth, connection, and inspiration! Looking forward to what's next.

This is where your eyes roll and wonder how i can make a tedious link to VoIP phone systems and full fibre broadband, well don't worry this is not that post! 6 years ago, after numerous years of stop start exercise I was introduced to Myzone®. The Myzone® platform and fitness tracker has done something nothing else has, and has kept me motivated in maintaining my fitness levels, which let's be honest for most of us the motivation is sometimes the biggest battle, especially with these dark nights. Though I'm not going to be running any marathons just yet, Myzone® has given me the platform to build on by their clever use of monitoring your heart rate and creating effort points alongside a monthly target. When it’s takes three days to decompress from an event, you know it was a cracker. Thanks to Dubai Active Industry for hosting the event and bring everyone together. Collaboration and walking the talk is crucial in moving or sector forwards and truly becoming a respected provider of health and well being. I’m inspired by the “go-getters” who really are moving the dial in the space. At the other end of the scale, we still have too many talking the talk and not walking it ….. …Come on. Time is running out - let’s make this dent in the Universe, change lives and take action NOW. 6 workouts 13 different clubs visited 3 days at the show And a whole load of meetings, motivation and MEPS (...and CAKE)!
