One of the ways we live our company values is by practicing gratitude. We have so much to be grateful for at #MZN - from our fantastic clients and employees, and the work that we get to do each day building for the next generation, to the beautiful community of La Habra where we're located. Our superintendent @Fausto Becerra has enjoyed both the variety and learning opportunities he's had within construction over his career. He was introduced to the industry at a young age by going to job sites with his dad. At the start of his career, he worked in painting, them moved on to finishing, plumbing, and roofing before coming to MZN. "The greatest benefit that a career in construction provides particularly to young people is the opportunity to learn and earn on the job. There's a big talent gap which means lots of opportunities, whether you're new or experienced. Many roles don't require a degree so people can get started right away.
