"Be joyful. Be curious. Be part of something great. Do you." — Inspiring words from NABA Inc. President and CEO Guylaine Saint Juste as she welcomed hundreds of students to the #NABALink Central Regional Conference in Chicago! This inspiring evening included a fireside chat with Shawn Taylor, Purdue University Board Trustee and former Astros owner, who shared his journey in entrepreneurship and generational wealth-building. Emmy award-winning artist Mike Ellison delivered a powerful Get Out the Vote performance alongside violinist, influencer, and mental health advocate Joy Black. Our Chairman, Herschel Frierson, awarded Western Illinois University for bringing the most students to the conference, and Central Region President E. ZeNai Savage, CPA, Chicago Chapter President Jody James, and John E. Adams, CPA, the first Chicago NABA Chapter President, set the stage for an impactful conference ahead. #NABA55 #NABAChicago

Excited to be in Chicago for the 2024 NABA INC. student regional conference. It is always a great opportunity to represent the NABA St. Louis Chapter as well as my own organization, Midwest BankCentre. Over 500 students from different high schools and colleges around the region are in attendance to learn about NABA and the amazing programs it has to offer. I am grateful that these students get to hear from professionals and other companies whose goal is to provide more opportunities in the fields of accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship.
