🚨 Important Update for Medicare Advantage Agents and Brokers! 🚨 A Texas district court recently issued a stay on portions of the Contract Year (CY) 2025 Medicare Advantage Final Rule. This ruling impacts how independent agents and brokers are compensated for MA enrollments. As a result, CMS is reverting to the CY2024 compensation rates for CY2025, with the administrative payment adjustment removed. The updated CY2025 fair market value (FMV) amounts reflect this change.
