NACMHP or The National Association of Cosmetology & Medical Hair Professionals provides a means for collaboration between cosmetologist and dermatology/medical experts working together as professionals to eliminate the hair loss epidemic silently impacting thousands of women leading to scalp inflammation, irritation, discomfort & permanent baldness. The goal is to be able to recognize and identify hair loss conditions as early as possible starting in the hair salon to get the clients the knowledge and understanding that they need for the best treatment approach possible. Dermatologist Dr. Seymour Weaver, III is the founder and has helped thousands of women and men with concerns about hair loss & thinning take the right steps to getting evaluated for their concerns to get the best care possible and minimize sorrow, pain, and anxiety. He wants all cosmetology and medical experts with an interest in hair loss to collaborate and work together to support this cause to stop hair loss and get the hair growing again.
