We are thrilled that the New Jersey Design Professional Self-Certification Act (S3402/A4350) was signed into law this week! Championed by #NAIOPNJ, this key #legislation will help streamline approvals and advance development and #redevelopment projects. Collaborating with a core group of allied partners and working closely with the governor’s office were central in achieving this victory. Moving ahead, NAIOP NJ will assist New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Commissioner Jacquelyn Suarez and her team in establishing the program through which the commissioner will certify an #architect or #engineer who meets certain criteria as a qualified #design professional.   #CRE #NJCRE #CommercialRealEstate #NAIOP #GovernorMurphy #NewJersey
