In partnership with General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Nammo Defense Systems Inc. is working with the US Army Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition to launch the M1128 Artillery Program. Nammo was pleased to host the Army’s Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS), Colonel Leon (Slim) Rogers for a visit to the company’s 300-gallon propellant mixing facility in the City of Mesa, Arizona where the base bleed propellant for the M1128 Artillery round will be manufactured. Meet Micheal Barnett, one of our skilled technicians behind Nammo Composite Solutions’ cutting-edge components! 👏 His expertise in table rolling and filament winding ensures consistent quality and performance.    Michael began his career at Nammo Composite Solution over 6 years ago. He is a dedicated and consistent technician focused on improvement and plays a significant role in our success. During his time here he has learned many composite fabrication skills and processes, including filament winding, table rolling, hand layup, assembly and VARTM.  Michael has built a wide range of products, from recreational parts used for sport bikes and photography, to special defense articles.  When he is not at work, Michael enjoys the outdoors going camping, fishing, and recreational shooting amongst others.    Drop a 👏 in the comments to celebrate his work! #EmployeeSpotlight #Craftsmanship #TeamNammo #Aerospace
