Job Summary As a Drug Screen Collector, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and precise drug and alcohol testing by adhering to strict chain-of-custody protocols. You will work directly with individuals undergoing testing, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance at all times. ✨ Key Responsibilities ✔️ Perform drug and alcohol collections, including urine, oral fluid, and breath alcohol (BAT) testing following strict protocols. ✔️Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations, including DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines. ✔️Maintain chain-of-custody procedures to ensure specimen integrity. ✔️Ensure proper handling, labeling, and transportation of testing specimens to laboratories. ✔️Provide clear instructions to individuals for specimen collections while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity. ✔️Maintain confidentiality and protect patient/donor data in compliance with HIPAA standards. ✔️Document all collection activities accurately and in a timely manner. ✅ Skills & Qualifications ✔️1+ years of experience in specimen collection, drug testing, or a relevant healthcare role (preferred). ✔️High school diploma or equivalent (required). ✔️Familiarity with DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures (preferred, training available for the right candidate!). ✔️Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy. ✔️Excellent communication skills: Ability to work with a diverse population respectfully and professionally. ✔️Basic computer skills for documentation and record management. ✔️Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed. 🌟 Why Work at Nao Medical?
