We're getting closer to opening at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando at Millenia!
Pinkerton & Laws is under construction the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel project at the Millenia Mall in Orlando, FL. We are currently working on exterior façade and finalizing metal stud framing, and MEP rough ins. When completed, this Fairfield Inn & Suites will consist of a two-acre site, 5-story, and 109-units. This past week, we attended the program's in-person meeting at Marriott Headquarters in Bethesda, MD! We've learned a lot from the Executive Excellence team in optimizing Marriott's resources to operate top-performing hotels. As an approved Marriott third-party management company, the program has given us great action items to help us be a better company for our team members, guests, and owners!
