Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Sales Manager: Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building and management and more. Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, produce results Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business Reach out to clients through calls, emails and arranged meeting to spot their needs/preferences Carry out inspection of automobiles to ensure it is in top shape for sales and client use Manage the dealerships CRM and implement processes and work flows Follow up on all Internet leads daily and with follow up calls Help manage inventory online and incentives Work with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and Cars to generate and boast lead counts Maintains effective employee relations.
