Today, we said goodbye to another NATCO retiree – Vicki Allen. As our Console Operator and Receptionist, she has been the welcoming face of our company. If you've called or visited our office in the past 13 years, chances are you've been greeted by Vicki's warm smile or friendly voice. Vicki has been an invaluable part of our Customer Care group and the entire NATCO team, and her presence will be greatly missed. Please join us in wishing her a joyful and well-deserved retirement!

Meet Clint, a member of your NATCO Internet Support Team! Growing up in this area, Clint understands that often it can be a struggle to get quality services in a rural area. Because of this, he strives to help people have reliable internet and phone service. He especially enjoys helping those who are not tech savvy. He noted, "Usually, the customers I talk to are frustrated or feel lost. It makes me feel like I’ve done a good days work if they are happy at the end of the call and know their service is going to work."
