Dia de los Muertos (also known as the Day of the Dead) is November 1 and 2. To prepare you for this beautiful holiday, we thought we’d take a moment to explain its significance. Over the course of two days, loved ones offer food, drinks, flowers and personal mementos to honor and welcome the spirits of the deceased. During this time, you can also hold separate remembrances of deceased children and adults, acknowledging the different stages of life and providing a specific focus for each day. If you already celebrate Dia de los Muertos, or the idea of honoring your loved ones who have passed on appeals to you, we hope you have a wonderful Day of the Dead. 💀 🌼 #WeAreNatina #DiaDeLosMuertos #DayOfTheDead

The Apex Rockfall Mitigation team installed Natina stained Rolled Cable Net (RCN) in Southern California to keep the rocks off the road and the traveling public safe. 🪨🚧 We appreciate the Apex team for working wonders with our Natina Steel Solution. Not sure what we're more smitten with: the Natina-treated transmission towers or the beauty of the midwest. We Natina-fied these towers and as an Arizona-based company, we were so taken by all the lush green landscapes. If you ever get a chance to visit this part of the country, DO IT! #WeAreNatina #NatinaSteelSolution

Did you know National Pasta Day is in October? 🍝 If you’ve ever thought about making your own pasta from scratch, this video will help you get started. And if this feels like too much work, consider this holiday your excuse to carbo-load in preparation for the upcoming work week. 😜 Happy eating! #WeAreNatina #NationalPastaDay

Natina is proud to announce our partnership with the Steel Utility Pole Coalition! As a partner, it is our goal to help promote steel poles for use in sub-transmission (69kv and below) and distribution through education and research. 🧑🏫 Learn more about the SUPC on their website: https://lnkd.in/g5NGjuFP. #WeAreNatina #SteelUtilityPoleCoalition

We love that we've developed such a close relationship with the National Forest Service. They picked Natina to treat the upgraded and expanded service towers in the Angeles National Forest. Natina was the natural choice because our Steel Solution helped mitigate the visual impact of the towers and preserve the beauty of the ridge line, as well as the surrounding homes, businesses, and other public lands. These things were huge but we got the job done. 👊 #WeAreNatina #NatinaSteelSolution

We’re obsessed with the way this wire mesh was transformed. The grand reveal in this video is a mountainside held firmly in place thanks to wire mesh AND that mesh, not being an eyesore thanks to Natina Steel Solution. We get giddy every time we see a new wildlife crossing bridge pop up and this one in Agoura Hills, California, is SPECTACULAR! Thank you to the Cougar Conservancy for this amazing video explaining the timeframe and purpose for this extensive project dubbed the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing. Sorry for any traffic delays but it's going to be SO WORTH IT once it's done. 🐾 #WeAreNatina #WildlifeCrossing

Our friends over at Caltrans are constructing a wildlife crossing bridge over the freeway + installing sound walls and side walls on either side of the bridge. We've worked on a few of these projects and love how simple they are, while still offering huge benefits like reduced light and noise which make the crossing safer and more inviting for wildlife. Have you seen a wildlife crossing while you've been out and about? Let us know in the comments. #WeAreNatina #NatineSteelSolution #NatinaConcreteSolution

Our obsession with trees during the "ber" months is so extreme, comedians have entire bits about giddy, PSL-loving people going ga-ga for all the FALL FOLIAGE! 🍁 Hopefully you know what we're talking about! We love the Autumn trees as much as the next person, but truthfully, we're grateful for trees year round! In a recent post from the USDA Forest Service, they said: "City trees are some of the hardest working trees there are. But, when trees and urban forests thrive, cities are more sustainable, emit less pollution, and are more energy efficient. It's great that we're focusing on getting more trees into the urban areas, but it is important to understand that urban trees need a lifetime of investment to survive and thrive." We couldn't agree more and love these slides they created showing the benefits of urban forests. Does your community have an arbor program? If so, consider joining it. If not, here's your sign to start one. We be-LEAF 🍃 we can all make a difference if we work together. Graphics and statistics from the USDA Forest Service. #WeAreNatina #UrbanForestry
