We are grateful for the opportunity to respond to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's proposed Program Comment on Accessible, Climate-Resilient, Connected Communities. NAPC appreciates the initiative that ACHP has taken to evaluate policies and practices in the areas of housing, clean energy, energy efficiency, and climate-friendly transportation. These conversations are critical to ensuring that the Section 106 process results in timely and predictable outcomes.
