BlaCK Cops for Kamala supports consistent and equitable change in the criminal justice system. Hear from policing experts and allies in the fight for social justice as they explain support for the BEST presidential candidate. We have 6 days! Coming to the stage is our Sister in the Fight for Justice, Lieutenant Diane Goldstein (ret.). Not only is Diane a committed partner, but she also knows her way around a police policy or two!

Rest peacefully
We regrettably announce the passing of Past NOBLE National President Colonel Doug Deleaver. Past President DeLeaver began his 22-year career in the Maryland State Police, where he was a trailblazer for African American troopers. Doug also served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Development for Maryland Transportation Authority Police, the chief of the Maryland Transit Administration Police, and the first African African superintendent of the Natural Resources Police – the first black chief of any state conservation agency in the nation. Our chapter would like to extend our most heartfelt condolences to the Deleaver family, NOBLE Maryland Chapter and all loved ones. May he rest in peace 🙏🏾 Public Viewing OCT 29. 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (ET) March Life Tribute Center - Randallstown 5616 Old Court Rd Windsor Mill, MD 21244 Wake OCT 30. 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (ET) March Life Tribute Center - Randallstown 5616 Old Court Rd Windsor Mill, MD 21244 Funeral Service OCT 30. 11:00 AM (ET) March Life Tribute Center - Randallstown 5616 Old Court Rd Windsor Mill, MD 21244 Interment OCT 30. 1:00 PM (ET) King Memorial Park Cemetery- Grand Heritage Chapel & Mausoleum 8710 Dogwood Rd.
