In the early 1980s, Kim faced an uncertain future when the trailer manufacturing company she worked for went out of business. Pregnant with her third child, she didn't just survive—she thrived. In 1985, she co-founded Diamond C Trailers and began a nearly 40-year journey of dedication, leadership, and community service. Today, Diamond C is a family-owned business with over 900 team members, driven by the values Kim has championed from day one: “Do Work, Love Strong.” She continues to play a vital role in supporting employees, customers, and her local community in Mt. This summer, the NATM Compliance Team had an incredible experience in Winona, Minnesota, visiting Peerless Chain. As proud members of the NATM family for over 20 years, Peerless Chain has consistently been a leader in providing top-quality products for overhead lifting, cargo control, and more. One of the highlights of our visit was attending the Peerless Academy! 🎓🌟 This immersive program allowed us to dive deep into the rich history and impressive operations of Peerless, including an exclusive tour of their extensive facility. Our hands-on tour, led by Senior Production Supervisor Matt Fitzgerald, was truly inspiring. We had the opportunity to explore various departments where dedicated employees showcased their craftsmanship and commitment to quality. 👷♂️👍🏽 Cary Kronebusch also shared valuable insights on safety chains and cargo control, highlighting the critical importance of compliance in our industry. Our NATM Dealer Affiliate Committee and NATM staff have been working hard to bring our Dealer Affiliates programs that truly benefit them. We are excited to announce a new Dealer Affiliate Benefit, the Knowledge Center, which will launch soon. 🎉 The Knowledge Center will be a hub for industry-relevant resources for dealership owners and their staff. NATM Dealer Affiliates will gain access to a collection of guides, templates, best practices, and toolkits to streamline and improve their business operations, all created and peer-reviewed by the NATM Dealer Affiliate Committee. In addition, the Knowledge Center will house educational and safety materials for dealers to pass on to their customers to improve safe trailering.
