We are proud to offer our associates Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours, encouraging them to dedicate their time to causes they are passionate about. Recently, a few team members took advantage of this opportunity to volunteer at North Country RIDE, where they assisted with therapeutic horseback riding lessons. "This incredible organization offers equine-assisted programs for individuals facing physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges," said Sara Ursin. "It was truly rewarding to witness the joy on the students' faces as they rode and connected with their horses. We even got to enjoy a quick ride ourselves! I’m excited to continue my support for this amazing program."

Meet Myrna, Project Manager at NBC and a passionate advocate for Memorial Blood Centers, a nonprofit organization devoted to blood donation. In 2006, her daughter, Rita, overcame a near-fatal car crash, thanks to the lifesaving gift of 24 units of blood—more than double the amount an adult typically needs. To honor Rita's incredible journey as a miracle survivor, her photo is proudly displayed at the Superior Essentia Health Donor Center. Here’s a heartfelt moment captured during their donation on July 31st at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital.
