Thank you for such a wonderful session!
Honored to address the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges at their 2025 National Conference on Juvenile Justice this week. It was incredible to share insights on how well-being can power performance, but I’m even more grateful for the chance to listen and learn. Throughout the conference, I had the privilege of meeting and hearing from incredible judges, attorneys, administrators, and staff from across the country—gaining a deeper understanding of their work and the challenges they navigate. These conversations reinforced just how critical well-being is in their environments, and I’m excited to bring these insights into what we do at Dilagence. A huge thank you to Joey, Allison, Emma, Jan, and the entire NCJFCJ team for the important work you do. It was truly an honor to be part of this week.

We are excited to recognize this impactful work, Congratulations Jodi Rosenbaum!
Honored to announce that our founder and CEO, Jodi Rosenbaum - aka "The Crazy Book Lady" - was recognized at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges Conference on Juvenile Justice in Boston yesterday for her transformative work through More Than Words! Youth had the chance to network with judges and leaders from across the country, gaining valuable insights and expanding their connections. A special moment unfolded when one of our young adults reconnected with a former judge who had once decided not to incarcerate him giving him a chance to change his life. Their heartfelt reunion and this young adult's recommendations on supporting youth in the judicial system highlighted the importance of youth voices in shaping policies. For 87 years, the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges has led systems to change by embracing the values of Compassion, Leadership, Education, and Community through a network of over 30,000 professionals. Join us in celebrating this achievement and supporting the crucial work improving the child welfare and juvenile justice system! #NCJFCJ #Bethechange #MoreThanWords
