In partnership with Fort Hays State University, the NDTC exists as a non-profit corporation to serve the public sector and a for-profit LLC to serve to the private sector. Under an exclusive licensing agreement, the NDTC utilizes DISC Esoterica™ to provide the only level three de-escalation training for law enforcement.
