NRRA is preparing to return to Florida for the 2025 legislative session with a companion bill aimed at amending section 627.944 of Florida's financial responsibility law. This amendment will seek to further clarify that RRGs are insurance companies authorized to do business in Florida, addressing broader issues caused by the misapplication of the law.
