The National T.T.T. Society provides a no-cost summer camp experience to deserving young girls across the US.

About us

The Project of the National T.T.T. Society is one thing: providing a life-changing experience of summer camp at no cost to the family. We believe camping creates an atmosphere that provides each girl with the opportunity to learn her own worth. Summer camp allows them to develop initiative, participate in new activities, learn self-expression, gain self confidence and provides a safe place to make new friends who may be different from them.

National T.T.T. Society-Camping for Girls! I have served on the National Exeutive Board since 2017.

We received this wonderful note from a mother whose daughters are at camp: "I am incredibly grateful for this AMAZING community of women who are wholeheartedly dedicated to EMPOWERING girls and women! Our girls are embarking on an extraordinary journey—seven days of camping! This isn’t just a camp; it’s a TRANSFORMATIVE experience that will help them build LEADERSHIP skills, boost their CONFIDENCE, and enhance their PROBLEM-SOLVING abilities. Every single moment spent in the embrace of nature, free from the distractions of screens, allows them to connect with themselves and each other on a much deeper level. Together, they are nurturing a generation of STRONG, RESILIENT leaders who will light up the world! A heartfelt THANK YOU to National TTT Society Your commitment and passion shine BRIGHTLY, guiding these young girls to discover their own INNER LIGHT. You are not just mentors; you are BEACONS of hope and empowerment! Let’s continue to support and uplift each other in this incredible journey. Together, we are fostering an environment where girls can thrive, learn, and grow into the powerful women they are destined to be. We are not just building leaders; we are igniting a movement of change-makers who will pave the way for future generations. Thank you for being an unwavering source of inspiration and for believing in the potential of every girl! Let’s keep the fire of empowerment burning bright! 🌟"

Managing Director, National Philanthropic Strategy Executive, Philanthropic Solutions at Bank of America Private Bank

Raise your hand 🙋♀️ if you know what percent of US #giving goes to nonprofits focused on women and girls… According to the Women’s Philanthropy Institute Women & Girls Index, the answer is less than 2%. 👎 Let that sink in… The 50,000+ organizations in the US that support 51% of the population globally received only 1.8% of philanthropic dollars contributed by Americans in 2020. What’s more, according to the Bank of America Study of Philanthropy roughly one in four affluent American women (and one in five overall) supports these causes. Please pause for a moment of personal reflection:… If you were to rank your gifts by amount contributed, how would your gifts to women and girls’ organizations rank? Thankfully, the The Giving List Women team led by the extraordinary Gwyn Lurie and Janine Berridge is on a mission to urge us all to view women and girls as a lens, not a lane, in philanthropy. What an honor and JOY it was to attend the inaugural Giving List Women Summit in Montecito (!!) to share research from WPI and Bank of America to help unlock generosity in support of gender equity, which benefits us all. My heart ❤️ is still bursting for the opportunity to join a fireside chat with Alex Jakana of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation moderated by Stacey Keare, board president of Women Moving Millions, with leaders and dear friends in the room including S. Mona Sinha, Monique Couvson, Ed.D., Kerri Murray, Hali Lee and Sara Lomelin. #givetowomenandgirlsday #womensleadership #powerto

  • The Iowa State Convention of the National T.T.T. Society was held in Bettendorf, IA April 12-13, 2024. 100 members from Iowa were able to share ideas and learn from the current super-hero board! The newly elected board was also installed. Attendees had the option to attend workshops from National President-Julie Baker, National Organizer-Pauline Phillips-Gill and Project Administrator-Kim Langley. A great time was had by all as we look forward to sending more than 400 🤞 girls to camp this summer!

  • As we near the culmination of Women's History Month, let's turn our attention to a vital aspect of our celebration: inspiring the next generation of women leaders. In this final week, let's reaffirm our commitment to nurturing and empowering young minds, equipping them with the tools, support, and encouragement they need to rise to their fullest potential.   Mentorship is a powerful tool for fostering leadership skills and confidence in young women. By offering guidance, sharing experiences, and serving as role models, mentors can help shape the trajectory of a young person's life, instilling in them the belief that their voice matters and that they are capable of effecting meaningful change.   Supportive communities play a crucial role in empowering aspiring leaders. By creating spaces where young women feel valued, heard, and supported, we can cultivate a sense of belonging and inspire them to pursue their passions with courage and conviction.   Encouragement is key to unlocking the boundless potential within every young woman. By offering words of encouragement, celebrating their achievements, and affirming their worth, we can fuel their confidence and inspire them to dream big, break barriers, and chart their own paths forward.   Together, let's commit to creating a world where every young woman feels empowered to step into leadership roles, where their voices are heard and their contributions are valued. Let's foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equality where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive and make their mark on the world.   As we reflect on the remarkable achievements of women throughout history, let's look to the future with hope and optimism, knowing that the next generation of women leaders is waiting in the wings, ready to soar.    Tracey Erickson, IICDP

  • The National Project Board! The women who contract all camps. collect all camp forms from members, coordinate transportation to and from camp. It's what we are all about! We could not provide the amazing, empowering camp experience to so many campers (283 last year), without their dedication and passion for our campers.
