👏 We are happy to welcome Colten Ramion, Metering Technician, to our Nationwide Energy Partners team! Colten lives in Mansfield and is a 2023 graduate of Ontario High School. He kicks off his NEP career, assisting our Field Operations team in serving our #multifamily customers and their residents by installing meters, troubleshooting issues, and performing meter reads. He will work with properties in Mansfield, Cleveland, Massillon, Toledo, and Columbus. His role includes deploying, operating, and maintaining sensors and networks to ensure NEP’s best-in-class smart property platform. Welcome to the team, Colten!

Because we master meter the property and individually meter each resident, the property has access to useful data and trends. Resident are never charged at a rate that exceeds the host utility's and our rates are audited annually by a third-party account firm to ensure accuracy. Our growing business currently services more than 150 communities and 40,000 units.
