About us

The Nautilus Restaurant Group, owned & operated by a trio of culinary entrepreneurs - Executive Chef Liam Mackey, Boozy Chef Clinton Terry, & General Manager/Sommelier Stephen Bowler - began with the Nautilus Nantucket in 2014 and recently expanded with the Gaslight Nantucket in 2019. Coming in 2020, Nautilus Boston will open at Pier 4 in the Seaport. The essence of The Nautilus is rooted in the idea of shared social experience heightened by experimentation. Our goal is to provide all of the necessary ingredients required to cultivate this feeling in our guests and staff alike. The dining experience we seek to deliver is founded on the interplay between food, cocktails, and wine, and our feeling that these are best enjoyed shared in an encouraging and energetic atmosphere where the foreign and unfamiliar feel comfortable and mix together to produce something that is unifying, timeless and unforgettable.
