Award winners are determined through Skytrax's consumer survey, widely recognized as the world's largest airline passenger satisfaction survey. The 2023/2024 edition saw participation from over 100 nationalities, with 21.42 million eligible entries counted. This scale underscores the survey's significance and highlights our commitment to continuous improvement, distinguished by the comfort and quality of our cabin’s interiors and aircraft, reliable client service, and especially the friendliness and professionalism of our crew. It is also reflected in our numbers, including high Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings of 40 points year to date, up to the end of May, and with 9 out of 10 passengers recommending our service. ⭐
