It's been over five years since NCAB Group launched Give Back Day, giving each employee a paid day off to volunteer with a local community service organization of their choice. Last week, our Head of People & Culture, Eva Holm, visited our offices in Taiwan and China to conduct workshops on leveling up our culture and exploring leadership with colleagues in Sales and Factory Management. Our People & Culture strategy focuses on Engagement, Learning & Development, and Meeting, Sharing & Collaborating, as we believe these are key to the success of our people.
