Last Friday we celebrated the participants in Cohort 674 at their Completion Ceremony. It is our favorite day of the cohort as we watch family, friends, and community partners come together to cheer and encourage them as they embark on the next chapter of their incredible journey. Many of them are not pictured because they have already secured full-time employment and were at work! #vocationaltraining #changinglives #hvactraining #automotivetraining

Meet Deshawn – He is a remarkable success story from NCIA’s Vocational Training Center! At just 19, he earned his HVAC certifications and secured a $31/hour job with the National Institute of Health. Now at 20, Deshawn is a proud homeowner, landlord, and entrepreneur in Baltimore. He actively gives back as a VTC ambassador, inspiring current students and sharing his journey as a panel and graduation speaker. Deshawn’s achievements highlight how our programs transform lives and build better futures. #NCIA #Empowerment #successstory

Congratulations to Sophia Lawson, our Director of Quality and Compliance, on this incredible achievement! 🎉 The dedication to staying ahead in the ever-evolving field of healthcare compliance is vital to our organization's success. Earning a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® is a major milestone, and we're so proud to see your commitment to continuous learning and growth. We're excited to see how this new knowledge will help further our mission and make an even greater impact on the community we serve. #HealthcareCompliance #ComplianceExcellence #MissionDriven
I recently joined the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) to ensure I remain current on the latest trends and guidance. I also decided it was appropriate to pursue a national credential that validates my expertise. I am proud to share that I recently obtained my Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)®. It is my goal to use this new base of knowledge on best practices to continue furthering the mission and sustainability of NCIA. Thank you Carole Argo for supporting me in my professional development goals.
