    NCR Ventures is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new French Bistro in downtown Chagrin Falls, Ohio, slated to open in March 2025. We are seeking a polished and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of this upscale casual concept. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, setting the tone for our kitchen, and creating an exceptional menu that celebrates French cuisine. You will play a pivotal role in both the launch and ongoing success of the bistro, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality, flavor, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Lead back-of-house operations with a focus on excellence in French cuisine Develop and train a cohesive culinary team dedicated to consistency and quality Implement and maintain kitchen policies, procedures, and cost controls Collaborate with the management team to create a cohesive, elevated dining experience Innovate and execute a French-inspired menu that highlights traditional and modern flavors Manage food costs, budgets, and inventory to achieve performance goals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale dining environment Expertise in French cuisine is highly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to maintain a guest-first mentality while overseeing kitchen operations Experience with budgeting, food costing, and P&L management Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000/year $20,000 annual bonus opportunity Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision Join NCR Ventures, home to Bar Italia, 17 River Grille, JoJo's Bar, Cedar Creek Grille, and The Lakehouse, as we embark on this exciting new venture in the heart of Chagrin Falls! We are seeking a seasoned General Manager/Managing Partner to join our team at our new location in the vibrant Easton area. The General Manager/Managing Partner will play a key role in leading the opening and ongoing success of Bar Italia, ensuring world-class hospitality, impeccable service, and exceptional dining experiences. The optimal applicant will have a proven track record of managing high-volume, fine dining restaurants and delivering excellence in all aspects of service and operations. The Ideal Candidate: Vast experience in world-class hospitality, with a refined, polished presence. Preferably from the Columbus area or with a deep understanding of the local dining scene.
