We focused on our Journey Map and Assumptions, connecting them to the design and MVP of our platform. Nearby Nearby was honored to be part of the first session of the Rural Center Listening Tour hosted by the NC Rural Center in Thomasville! Founder & CEO Rhonda Jean attended and actively engaged in discussions with rural North Carolinians about challenges such as affordable housing, broadband access, healthcare shortages, education, and the state of our agriculture system. Rhonda also shared insights from Nearby Nearby and other small businesses about how these issues are impacting rural communities and economies. Being part of these meaningful conversations highlighted the importance of collaboration and the need for stronger resources for small businesses, agriculture, and education.
