!! We're hiring !! Meet our Shop Mechanic, Travis! He started at Constructors seven years ago and has been helping enhance our team in a variety of ways ever since. What does his role look like? "I'm responsible for keeping our equipment and crews running. Today, I might be working on an electrical issue on a generator, tomorrow I might be changing oil, the next day I might be working on a loader on site or installing a bumper on a truck. It's enjoyable. I like working with my hands rather than sitting behind a desk." Why Constructors? "They treat me pretty well. The thing I like about this company is that they are very family oriented. I'm able to do all my outside work activities, and they make sure I get to where I need to go after work.
