⭐ Stephanie Wigton, MBA joins Neocol's Data Migration team, and has been in the Salesforce consulting sphere for three years, joining as an Apex developer through the Aim Higher Program at Cognizant. She quickly found her passion and skills to be better matched with ETL migration and joined the Data Engineering practice where she scaled quickly in design, build, go-live and hypercare. Stephanie is a passionate motorcycle rider and is the "Head Road Dame" for her local chapter of the Tenacious Dames Riding Club 🏍️ She is proud of her 2005 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy and has been riding since she was a kid! She is also a lover of arts and crafts , loves to do crochet, cross-stitch, resin carving and jewelry making. Welcome, Stephanie! ⭐

⭐ Jamie Paniwozik joins Neocol as a Principal Consultant, bringing over ten years of consulting experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise project and program implementations. Jamie loves the Colorado outdoors! She is passionate about expanding the mountain biking community to females of any age and she does this through mentorship of riders through multiple programs in her local community. Rachel's career in quality assurance led her to move into consulting where she wore many hats - SPM IC/SA, SPM Trainer, SPM Solution Engineer, Team Lead and Revenue Cloud Engineer. Her happy place is the outdoors, where she loves to spend time fly fishing, hiking, camping and skiing.
