Since soft-launching in 2024, THE MART has doubled down on its outreach to rep groups and dealers, encouraging them to utilize the building’s resources for meaningful client experiences. HGA and Denton House Design Studio have reimagined Metrodora Institute's 50,000+ sq ft wellness and medical facility in West Valley City, Utah—blending high-end residential and hospitality elements with a boldly feminine, spa-like environment designed for healing and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from the facility’s namesake Metrodora, an Ancient Greek female physician, Denton House selected inviting velvet sofas, matte black wallpaper, and a custom acoustic ceiling installation inspired by Utah’s mountains. Thoughtfully crafted with solutions from NeoCon exhibitors—Arc-Com, Bernhardt Design, HOLLY HUNT, Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering, Nucraft Furniture, Patcraft, and Phillip Jeffries Ltd—the space supports both patients and caregivers in their journey toward wellness.
