Neptune's T16 returned to Missoula this weekend. It could be the end of the Fire Season for T16 or, if conditions warrant, T16 could be redeployed. In the meantime, Neptune's Maintenance Team is giving T16 a little TLC. #aircraftmaintenance #aandpmechanic #aerialfirefighting

As a proud member of the United Aerial Firefighters Association (UAFA), I'm excited to participate in discussions on this year’s fire season and explore innovations shaping the future of #AerialFirefighting. The conference, taking place November 13-14, will include after-action reviews with Federal agencies and highlight innovations that are helping our industry to be better equipped to battle wildfire. With the 2024 Fire Season continuing to rage, the USFS called up Neptune’s T10 for additional service battling wildfires. T10 is heading to Fox Field in Lancaster, California with First Officer First Officer Matt Mauland, Crew Chief Victoria Codona, and Captain Tom Loehde. #AerialFirefighting #Tanker #FireSeason #FoxField

The San Bernardino Air Tanker Base loaded its 3,000,000th gallon of retardant this year and Neptune’s T41 was happy to play a part in this epic accomplishment. As the demands of the 2024 #wildfire season continue, Neptune Aviation remains ever vigilant, prepared to support wildland firefighting both at home and abroad. During the winter months, our teams will stay active conducting maintenance and upgrades on our fleet of BAe 146 aircraft to ensure they are ready when they are called. Neptune Aviation’s Air Attack Aircraft (N690TG) returned to Missoula after a busy 2024 Fire Season. The aircraft was on a BLM Exclusive Use Contract with a designated home base in Elko, NV. Throughout the fire season, N690TG flew on fires in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Utah.
