I'm looking forward to joining this interesting panel addressing the impact of free Wi-Fi on planes. NetForecast has recently done some research on congestion in the IFC "pipe" and the impact that congestion has on Wi-Fi Quality of Experience (QoE). With the growth of free Wi-Fi access models, congestion could get worse and worsen the Passenger QoE.
