Consistency in your work leads to compound interest in your output. As the stock market does what it does ... 📈 📉 I, like many, made the grave mistake of looking at my retirement accounts this week. However - I'm a boring investor. Put the money in and let the market work itself out over time as it has done over and over again. Win in the long run. So the immediate number? Annoying. Overall? I'll take it! It's actually a pretty good piece of advice for how you show up to work: Just be consistent. One of the many reasons we don't advertise neuemotion as a "trendy" agency is because we strongly believe the most valuable thing we can bring is consistent principles that work time and time again. So it bears repeating: being consistent leads to compound interest. Running hot leads to running cold - or even freezing. Both are inevitable.
